Protect: young people in the arts – national child protection and safeguarding conference - 26 June

This national child protection and safeguarding conference is being delivered in partnership with Artswork, the Safe Network and Voluntary Arts. It is aimed at voluntary and community arts and cultural organisations that work with young people.

The programme includes legislation updates, a range of key-note speeches from sector experts, consultation and networking opportunities as well as breakout workshops including safe social media, child protection policy writing, and understanding volunteers’ roles in the safeguarding process.

Places cost £30, and are subsidised by the Safe Network.
